The Aspen TGI Amazon Connect Bootcamp includes hands-on experience provisioning agents, scripts, BOT’s and Speech Recognition while you learn how to integrate AWS services such as Lex, Lambda, Polly and DynamoDB into a contact center. Attendees will gain a better understanding of the benefits of a contact center in the cloud with AWS vs other cloud solutions.
This session is tailored to current admins of PBX’s, IVR’s, ACD/Contact Centers. Previous UC experience is helpful but not required.
