Over the course of the Bootcamp, you will be provided with generalized knowledge of AWS services used by Amazon Connect. You will also receive insight into the general knowledge of possible integrations to CRM, WFM, and the knowledge of leveraging Lambda function integrations in contact flows.

AWS Bootcamps are structured as a 2-day applied lab with attendees creating and initializing a complete contact center solution in Amazon Connect.

The cost of the Bootcamp covered by AWS, Lightstream, and ISV partners.

Attendees’ exposure should be  0-3 months of Amazon Connect.

The relevancy of the topics covered at the Bootcamp should align with those affiliated with the contact center industry, mainly those responsible configuring and managing of M3/IVR, ACD, PBX, Natural Language Understanding (NLU)/Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), Reporting/Analytics, WFM/WFO, call recording, sentiment detection, and
