The Challenge

Spring Venture Group sought a proficient Amazon Connect partner to help them migrate from a subpar CCaaS platform, plagued by reliability, operational, and support deficiencies. Their goal was to transition to a dependable, cloud-based AWS solution that not only enhanced operational performance but also paired them with a responsive, reputable partner known for operational excellence and robust support.

The Solution

Working as an extension of the SVG team, Aspen facilitated all aspects of the configuration, creating and testing all quick connects, assisting in number porting, and replicating their previous Five9 missed call notifications using Amazon Kinesis, Lambda, and Simple Notification Service (SNS). Aspen’s development team worked hand-in-hand with the SVG team to provide code solutions via AWS CloudFormation templates, which were then deployed by SVG’s development team, directly into the CI/CD infrastructure. From there, the custom-built solution was quickly moved through staging, testing, and smooth deployment to production.

With Aspen’s help, Spring Venture Group was able to migrate to Amazon Connect smoothly and efficiently, unlocking more robust capabilities in their cloud contact center than ever before.
